GLAZED BABY CARROTS 
16 oz. pkg. baby carrots
2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. corn starch
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Microwave carrots 6 to 8 minutes on High with 2 tablespoons water, covered. Stir once. Let stand covered 3 minutes. Cook remaining ingredients until thickened, stirring constantly and pour over carrots.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
