1 1/2 c. sifted flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2/3 c. chocolate chips 2 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. chopped dates 1 c. halved cherries 3 eggs 1 c. sugar Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Stir in chocolate chips, walnuts, dates and cherries until well coated with flour. In large bowl beat eggs well then gradually add sugar. Fold in flour mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Bake in loaf pan. |
