BAKED TUNA SOUFFLE 
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 can tuna
3 eggs, separated

Make white sauce. Add to well beaten egg yolks. Add tuna. Beat egg whites. Fold into mixture. Pour into buttered baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
