2 pkg. sugar-free lemon Jello 2 1/2 c. diet 7-Up, chilled 1 c. miniature marshmallows 2 c. boiling water 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 3 bananas, sliced Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until mixture is congealed. Top with topping below. TOPPING: 1/2 c. sugar or sugar substitute equivalent, suitable for baking 2 tbsp. flour 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. butter 1 env. sugar-free whip topping mix Combine sugar or sugar substitute, flour, egg and butter. Cook until thickened. Cool. Prepare whip topping, according to the package directions. Fold whip topping into the cooled egg mixture. Spread on congealed salad. Serve. |
