MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 head lettuce, broken
1 chopped onion
1 diced tomato
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 bag Doritos

Brown 1 pound ground beef in skillet.

1 can drained kidney beans
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. jalapeno relish

Cool beef slightly. Toss with salad and French dressing to taste.
