1 lb. ground beef
1 c. sour cream
2 sm. jars mushrooms
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 can crescent rolls
4 slices American cheese
Onions, if desired

Brown ground beef and drain. Add mushrooms, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Stir in skillet until mixed well. Line crescent rolls in square baking dish forming a crust on sides and bottom. Pour beef mixture into crust. Bake according to rolls, halfway through add 4 slices of American cheese on top and finish baking.
