APPLE CINNAMON BUNDT CAKE 
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 can apple slices for pies, well drained
1 c. liquid saved from pie slices
1 yellow cake mix, Duncan Hines
3 eggs
1 tbsp. cinnamon, more if desired

Mix sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl. Drain apple pie slices well and reserve liquid to make 1 cup. Cut apple slices into small pieces. Grease bundt pan well with butter.

Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture in pan. Beat cake mix well, using liquid and eggs. Stir in apple slices by hand. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-70 minutes. Cool 15 minutes in pan, then remove. Two cups fresh pared apple, diced, dusted with flour (keeps apples from all going to bottom of cake).
