RAW APPLE BUNDT CAKE | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. oil 3 eggs 3 c. diced eating apples 1/2 c. chopped nuts 2 tsp. vanilla GLAZE: 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. vanilla Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add oil, eggs (well beaten), apples, nuts and vanilla. Beat with mixer on low speed, until well blended. (Batter will be thick.) Pour into well greased bundt pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cool cake 15 minutes and turn onto a plate. Mix ingredients for glaze and bring to boil over medium heat. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Spoon onto cake and allow to soak in. Repeat after 10 minutes, if necessary, to use all of the glaze. |
