CHEESE BALL 
1 c. ground walnuts
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/2 pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. pineapple juice
Dash of seasoned salt

Mix and make into ball. Roll in 1/2 cup chopped nuts. top with a cherry if you want. Chill in refrigerator 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
