CHEESY POTATOES | |
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes 1/2 onion, chopped 1 stick melted butter Salt & pepper to taste 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz 1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream Corn flake crumbs Put hash browns inn 9 x 13 inch pan. Add onion on top. Pour 1/2 the melted butter on top of potatoes and onions. Stir together the soup, Cheez Whiz and sour cream. Pour over top of potatoes. Last, cover with Corn Flakes and rest of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. |
