1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream 1 stick butter, melted 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese Crushed potato chips or corn flakes Let potatoes thaw until easily separated (approximately 30 to 40 minutes). In large bowl, combine potatoes, chicken soup, sour cream, butter and cheese. Mix thoroughly and turn into greased 9"x13" baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with crushed chips or corn flakes and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. NOTE: Wait until last 15 minutes of cooking time to add chips as they might burn. |
