YUMMY CHEESY POTATOES 
8 med. cooked potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. melted butter poured over 1 c. crushed corn flakes

Method: Cube potatoes. Heat soup and sour cream, add grated cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Then add raw onion. Mix with potatoes. Put in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and top with topping mixture of corn flakes and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
