GREEN CHILI MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans green chilies, chopped (sm. cans)
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
12 corn tortillas
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and onions. Drain. Add green chilies, soup and 1 can of water. Line baking dish with tortillas. Add 1/3 meat mixture and cover with cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
