YUMMY POTATO BAKE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, country style
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper - doesn't take much salt because of can of soup

Combine ingredients in greased 9x13 baking dish. Not necessary to thaw potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
