POTATO YUMMY 
6 med. potatoes, peeled, boiled then mashed
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mash boiled potatoes. Heat all ingredients. Mix with potatoes. Top with crushed corn flakes mixed with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake in 2 1/2 quart casserole, 350 degrees, to heat.
