YUMMY BUFFET POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. dried chives
1/2 c. butter, melted

Thaw potatoes. Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
