BUFFET - POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated onion or 1 c. if chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Bake potatoes and after they are cool, grate them. Melt butter and add other ingredients and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes (uncovered).
