BUFFET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine potatoes and 1/2 cup melted butter in large bowl. Stir in sour cream, onions, cheese, salt and pepper. Place in greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Combine corn flake crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 35 minutes or until light brown on top.
