GLEN'S CHOCOLATE MOUSSE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate 5 eggs, separated 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp, instant coffee 1 c. heavy cream, whipped 2 oz. Brandy Melt chocolate in double boiler (water should be hot, not boiling). Beat egg yolks in separate container. Add Brandy and coffee. Blend in melted chocolate until smooth. Beat in egg whites and fold into chocolate mixture. Gently fold whipped cream into mixture. Pour into wine/champagne glasses and chill. Serves approximately 7 people. |
