MOCK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
8 oz. chocolate instant pudding mix
2 c. cold milk
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 oz. rum
1 pt. heavy cream
1/4 c. sugar

Combine pudding, milk and rum in mixing bowl. Mix well by hand. Whip cream and sugar with electric mixer until stiff. Fold cream and nuts into pudding mixture. Pour into 12 glasses and chill. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
