CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
CRUST:

1 pkg. Nabisco chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

FILLING:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestles choc. chips semi sweet
2 tsp. instant coffee
3 tbsp. hot water
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Crust: Mix butter and crumbs. Put in 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

Filling: Double boiler, over hot water, melt chocolate slightly, coffee and water. Separate eggs, beat cooled chocolate into egg yolks. Stir in vanilla. Beat whites until stiff not dry. Fold whites into chocolate mixture and spoon into cooked pie shell. Serve with whipped cream. Refrigerate for several hours.
