CHOCOLATE AMARETTA MOUSSE PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand--sweetened milk
4-6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. melted butter
1 pt. whipping (whipped)
1/4 c. Amaretta or almond flavoring
1/2 tbsp. almond extract
1 tsp. Knox gelatin (heaping)

Mix top 3 ingredients into a double boiler until mixed and a solution. Mix last 3 ingredients and microwave on HIGH for 30-35 seconds. Add last 3 microwave ingredients into the double boiler and continue mixing for 1-2 minutes. Put into refrigerator and cool. (very important) Fold whipped cream into the pie mixture and place into a pre-cooked pie crust.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
