CRISPY CHEESY POTATOES 
5-6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper; coat potatoes with the mixture (shake them in a plastic bag). Melt butter in large shallow pan and arrange potatoes in a single layer in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn once about halfway through baking period. Crispy good.
