CRISPY OVEN BAKED POTATOES 
3 c. corn flakes
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 lg. baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Process corn flakes, cheese and spices in blender. Dip potatoes in butter, then corn flake mixture. Place on well greased baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6 people.
