CRISPY POTATO BAKE 
1 lb. ground turkey or beef, browned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter
6 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced thin
1/3 c. grated onion
6 carrots, peeled & cut in half lengthwise

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch baking dish in oven. Brown meat and add cream of mushroom soup. Slice potatoes and line the bottom of the baking dish; top with meat mixture. Sprinkle onion over all, then lay carrots on top. Bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Potatoes should be very brown and crisp. Makes 6 servings.
