CRISPY OVEN BAKED POTATOES 
3 c. corn flakes
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 lg. baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. butter, melted (1/2 stick)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Process corn flakes, cheese, and spices in blender. Dip potatoes in butter, then corn flake mixture. Place on a well greased baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes. Serves 4-6.
