PEGGY'S FROZEN FRUITCAKE SALAD 
1 c. sour cream
1/2 of 4 1/2 oz. frozen whipped dessert topping (thawed)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 med. bananas, diced
1/2 c. red candied cherries, sliced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Lettuce leaves

Blend sour cream, dessert topping, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in fruit and nuts. Turn into a 4 1/2 cup ring mold. Freeze several hours or overnight.

Unmold onto a lettuce lined plate. Garnish with additional candied cherries and lettuce. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings.
