Fry enough veal cutlets which have been dipped in seasoned bread crumbs, egg, then bread crumbs again, to fit in the bottom of a square 10 x 10 x 2 casserole. Make sauce from a large can of Hunts tomato sauce, seasoned to taste with basil and rosemary. Pour sauce over cutlets and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, covered. Uncover and place enough Mozzarella cheese slices to coverall meat; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler until cheese bubbles.
(The reason this is called Swedish Veal Parmesan is because it was made by a Swede.)
