CHEDDAR NUT BREAD 
3 3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 slightly beaten egg

Combine all ingredients. Mix vigorously for 30 seconds. Spoon into 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.
