CHEDDAR-NUT BREAD 
3 3/4 c. Bisquick mix
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine Bisquick mix, cheese and salt; set aside. Combine egg, milk and water. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened. Stir in pecans. Spoon batter into a slightly greased 9x5x3 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake 55 to 60 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool on wire rack.
