3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs, beaten
Frozen or fresh strawberries
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pan while hot.

TOPPING (optional) :
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. can evaporated milk
3/4 c. chopped nuts
