8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. cherries
1 1/2 c. walnuts

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Grease and flour tube pan or 1 large bread pan or 2 small bread pans or can be baked in tin cans. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
