CHEESE BREAD 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Into a large bowl sift or stir flour with soda, salt and baking powder. Blend in cheese and caraway seeds. Combine milk, vinegar, egg and oil. Add to flour mixture and stir until just moistened throughout. Pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until it tests done.
