2 c. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pepper
1 c. cheese, grated
1 1/2 c.milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. Bisquick

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes. In casserole dish, add broccoli, peppers and onion; then add cheese. Mix milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and Bisquick. Pour over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Knife inserted should come out clean.
