1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded cheddar or American cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (10 inch). Brown hamburger and onion. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick. Pour over meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes more.
