CHEDDAR LENTIL LOAF | |
3/4 c. chopped onion 3/4 c. chopped celery 2 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. garlic 3 c. cooked, drained lentils 8 oz. (2 c.) shredded cheddar cheese 1 c. fresh bread crumbs 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 3/4 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. salt Mix well and bake in greased casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve alone or with chili or picante sauce. |
