MEAT N' CHEDDAR LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground lean beef
3/4 c. Quaker Oats (quick or old-fashioned)
1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pack firmly into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven (350 degrees) for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Makes 6 servings.
