CHEDDAR BURGER LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 slightly beaten egg
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. Heinz 57 Sauce
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Form into a loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. 6 servings. May substitute bread crumbs for oats (1 cup).
