FIRE PLACE RIBS 
Racks of lean pork ribs
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder

Season meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder and rub into meat. Hang from bottom of fire place mantel on hooks made from heavy wire. Place drip pan under meat. Baste with your favorite bar-b-q sauce. Cover room side of meat with foil to reflect heat. Baste often, turn every 30 minutes.
