1 head cabbage
8 slices cheese
1 med. onion
Butter
Salt and pepper

Quarter the cabbage and spread butter generously on each side of wedge. Salt and pepper. Add a slice of cheese and onion to each side of wedges. Wrap lightly in foil; folding to seal in moisture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4. This works well on the barbecue.
