GRAMP'S FIRE HOUSE SPAGHETTI
SAUCE
 
2 lbs. ground chuck
3 lg. (1 lb.) onions
1 lb. can of tomatoes
Sm. can of sauce, if desired
Chili powder to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oregano if desired
3 pts. water

Brown ground chuck in large cooking pot. Add onions, tomatoes, water, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for several hours adding water as needed until sauce is the desired thickness.
