BUTTER ROLLS | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 1 c. very warm water 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 5 c. flour Sprinkle yeast into very warm water. Stir until dissolved add beaten eggs, sugar, melted butter and salt. Beat in flour, knead 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl, and refrigerate overnight. Roll out dough and cut with biscuit cutter. Dip in melted butter. Place in pans, let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Makes 3 1/2 dozen. |
