CHICKEN `N DRESSING BAKE 
1 box Stove Top stuffing
3 c. cooked chicken (boned & cubed)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Grated Cheddar cheese

Grease 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Pour half of dressing crumbs in pan. Layer chicken on top of dressing. Spread celery and onion on top of chicken.

Beat eggs lightly. Add mayonnaise, broth, milk, salt, pepper and pimento; mix well. Add seasoning packet to liquid and stir in. Spread rest of dressing crumbs over chicken mixture; then pour liquid over all. Refrigerate overnight.

Mix soup and 1/4 cup milk; spread over top. Cover with grated cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
