CHICKEN DRESSING BAKE 
1 pkg. Stove Top dressing (cornbread)
2 c. chicken broth (saved from cooking chicken)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk, divided use
1 sm. jar pimento
1 can mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. chicken

Cook chicken (about 2 1/2 pounds). Take off bone and cut up in medium size pieces. Use broth to mix the cornbread dressing and add 1/4 cup milk. Mix and spread in casserole (11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches). Spread chicken over dressing.

Mix 1/4 cup milk with soup and pimento; spread over top of casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more. Serves 8.
