MEAT BALLS: 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
2 c. canned tomato juice
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. water

Mix ground chuck, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, egg and milk together. Shape into meatballs. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. In a crockpot, mix tomato juice, barbecue sauce, flour and water. Add meatballs and set crockpot on low. Let the meatballs slow cook for approximately 6 hours. Just before serving, add chunks of pineapple. If you don't have a crockpot, mixture of meatballs and sauce can be baked in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
