ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
Parsley (enough to cover meat)
1/2 to 3/4 c. Romano cheese
Bread crumbs (3 pieces bread for each pound of meat)
1 egg for each lb. of meat
Mild to make mixture soft, but still form balls

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients; form balls. Bake in oven until done, turning 2 to 3 times for even browning. May then be placed in simmering spaghetti sauce and cooked.
