MARINATED FLANK STEAK | |
1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. ginger 3/4 c. salad oil 1 green onion, minced 1 to 1 1/2 lb. flank steak Mix soy sauce, honey and vinegar; blend in garlic powder and ginger. Add oil and green onion. Place steak in shallow pan; cover with marinade. Let stand for at least 4 hours. Cook on grill, basting occasionally with marinade. |
