Amazing! Some of the best pancakes I've ever made! The only thing different I did, was use regular 2% milk, and let butter melt in the pan before pouring in the batter. They're wonderful!!

Instead of milk I used heavy whipping cream and water until the batter was pancake ready and threw n some chocolate chips . Very delicious I I also used cinnamon and sugar instead of just sugar :)

These were so easy and fluffy, just like those in a diner! So delicious, but fyi, I used splenda instead of sugar. Couldn't tell the difference.

Excellent. Just had my three boys and their friends wolfing them down. I couldn't use my usual recipe as I am out of baking powder. I saw this, there is no way these come out flat if you use self-rising flour. Very light and very fluffy. I used melted butter in place of the oil and 2% milk.

too egg-y tasting and even with adding baking soda still too flat ... good first try though. Thanks for the starter
