2 c. cooked rice (white)
1/2 c. sugar
16 oz. can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 1/2 c. whipping cream

Let rice cool. Whip cream and sugar in a large bowl until thickened. Add rice and pineapple. Mix all ingredients together. Chill before serving.
