RICE DESSERT (RIZA GYUMOLCCSEL) 
2 c. rice
Water to cook rice in
Pinch of salt
Sugared fresh fruit in season (enough so everyone gets enough)
1 qt. whipping cream

Boil the rice until it is soft and then let it get cold. It is good to cook the rice the day before. Then whip the whipped cream and slowly put in the rice until it is all folded in good. If you want you could pt in some powdered sugar for taste. In a crystal bowl put a layer of rice mixture then a layer of fruit (not runny). Then rise and fruit until dish is full. If you like you may put some fruit pieces on the top to make it pretty.
